What is BondAI? +

BondAI is our intelligent multi-link technology. It bonds more than one internet connection — for example fibre plus LTE or 5G — into a single, resilient link, so if one line slows or drops, you stay online without interruption.

What's the difference between Adapt Only and Plume Home? +

Adapt Only is our lite option — it gives you Plume's adaptive, self-optimising Wi-Fi for fast, reliable coverage in every room. Plume Home adds the full smart-home suite on top: AI Security, parental controls and profiles, and motion sensing. We'll help you choose the right one for your space.

Do you cover apartment blocks or estates? +

Yes — through Plume Uprise we provide whole-building Wi-Fi for apartments, complexes and estates, with a private network for every unit and coverage across common areas. See our Apartments & Estates page, or get in touch to discuss your property.

Do I need an internet connection already? +

Yes. Plume enhances the connection you already have — it works alongside your existing fibre or LTE router to spread strong, smart Wi-Fi through your whole space. With BondAI we can combine multiple lines for extra resilience.

How many SuperPods do I need? +

It depends on your size and layout — roughly one pod per main area or floor is a good starting point. Tell us about your space and we'll recommend the right number.

Can I migrate from another Plume provider? +

Absolutely. Our Plume Migration service moves you across to Ai Fi and takes care of the setup — get in touch and we'll handle it.

Do you cover my area? +

We supply and support customers across South Africa, with most support handled remotely and on-site help by arrangement. Not sure who to use for your line? Our "Internet Issues?" service helps you find the best connectivity partner in your area.
